Classroom activities that use music or rhythm will stimulate auditory learners, as will standard lectures, dictations, oral presentations, and debates. They pay attention to auditory cues such as intonation, pitch, and speed, and are often skilled at picking up foreign languages by ear. Auditory learners thrive on class discussions. They process information best when they can hear it from the teacher, rephrase it in their own words, and discuss it with others. Auditory learners respond positively to lectures. These learners successfully comprehend new information through listening.
